Your boat must be registered in the seventh list of the Register of Boats.
Certificates in force
Your vessel must have valid certificates.
Mandatory technical inspections
Your boat will be subject to the same regime of surveys applicable to sixth list recreational craft, carried out by an authorised entity. This ensures that it can operate safely while in commercial use.
Compulsory insurance
In addition to the compulsory liability insurance, accident insurance for persons on board is required in accordance with the regulations.
Management by shipping company
While in commercial use, your boat must be managed by an authorised yacht charter company, such as Lista7A.
